Located in the historic market town of Alton, Mary Rose Mews is a purpose-built development comprising 46 apartments, set within the attractive gardens and grounds of Brendoncare Alton nursing home.
Mary Rose Mews offers a choice of one and two-bedroom apartments, enabling independent living for their owners. Built to an impeccable standard, all have a fully fitted kitchen and spacious bathroom. All rooms are fully carpeted, and the kitchen and bathroom have vinyl flooring.
Upper-floor apartments all have a balcony, while the ground-floor flats each have a patio.
The whole site has been designed for easy access by wheelchair users. There is also designated parking for residents.
All the properties are available for sale on a leasehold basis.
Our alarm system links the Mary Rose Mews apartments to our co-located Alton Care Home, with emergency calls answered 24 hours a day by our friendly, dedicated extra care team.
The following services are provided by Brendoncare Alton and are covered in the annual service charge:
- Day-to-day maintenance of the buildings
- Repairs to the interior and exterior of your home (excluding internal decorations) as specified in the service charge contract
- Building insurance
- External window cleaning
- A fund for future maintenance, e.g. exterior painting
- Maintenance of the garden and grounds
- Use of a communal room for social occasions
- Access to the on-site restaurant for freshly prepared meals
Our team is also available to assist with personal care, domestic tasks, and maintenance, offering peace of mind when you need a little extra support from time to time.
