Brendoncare Colleague Wins Hampshire Care Hero of the Year
We are proud to announce that Thomas Enda Smyth of Brendoncare Otterbourne Hill has been awarded ‘Hampshire Care Hero of the Year’ at the Hampshire Care Association Awards.
Enda has been part of Brendoncare for 25 years. This award recognises his continued contribution to care in Hampshire.
Recognition for Brendoncare Volunteer Finalist
We also extend our congratulations to Hilary Trevithick, who was one of three finalists for the Care Volunteer Hero award.
With around 600 nominations submitted across all categories, it is a significant achievement to have two Brendoncare team members recognised at this level.
The Hampshire Care Awards are an annual event organised by the Hampshire Care Association (HCA) to recognise the hard work and professionalism of individuals and teams in the Hampshire care sector. The awards have various categories, such as Care Volunteer Hero, Inspirational Leader of the Year, Residential Home of the Year, and Homecare Provider of the Year.
Awards for care recognise and celebrate individuals, teams, and organisations for excellence and innovation in providing social care services.
