Falls Prevention Week : Small Steps, Big Impact

This Falls Prevention Week, we’re shining a spotlight on the everyday choices that help us stay steady, confident, and safe. Whether it’s how we move, what we eat, or how we set up our homes, small changes can make a big difference.

Falls Prevention Week is a national campaign that encourages us all to take simple, proactive steps to reduce the risk of falls. It’s also a great opportunity to connect, learn, and have a little fun along the way.
