Brendoncare appoints Michael Crutchley as new Chief Executive

Michael was Brendoncare’s Director of Care and Wellbeing from April 2023 and has now started his new role.

Michael brings to the role over 25 years of experience in health and social care. Starting as a health care assistant in 1997 then qualifying as a mental health nurse, Michael has worked in the NHS, charity, and independent sectors in a variety of roles within residential, hospital and community services.

Commenting on his appointment, Michael says: “I am inspired by the work that Brendoncare does, and by our teams who work together to deliver it.

“As an organisation, our values are key to everything we do; kind, dedicated, forward-thinking and empowering.”

He adds: “I am deeply motivated to continually improve how we deliver care and support, and so it is a privilege to lead an organisation where that is always our priority.”
