Are you looking for your next challenge while making a real difference?
Join Michael in Team Brendoncare for an unforgettable adventure as we take on the National Three Peaks Challenge on 8th-9th May 2027.
Supported by experienced mountain leaders from Chasing Summits, participants will challenge themselves to reach the summits of the UK’s three highest mountains, Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdon (Yr Wyddfa) – within 24 hours. This is a physically demanding challenge requiring determination, teamwork and preparation – but the sense of achievement is incredible.
To make this event more inclusive, we’re also offering the opportunity to join us for the final climb of Snowdon. This option enables more people to experience the excitement of a challenge to raise money while celebrating reaching Snowdon’s summit with Team Brendoncare.
The Details
Full Three Peaks Challenge
- Dates: 8th-9th May 2027
- Meeting Point: Glasgow Airport
- Challenge Provider: Chasing Summits
- Fundraising Target: £1,000 per person
- Minimum Sponsorship: £600 to be raised by the end of February
- Training: A 16-week training programme will be provided to help you prepare.
- Who is it for? Participants should be physically fit, in good health and prepared to undertake a demanding mountain challenge involving long periods of walking over varied terrain.
Snowdon Challenge Only
If climbing all three peaks isn’t for you, why not join us for the final mountain on 9th May? This option is ideal for those with good mobility and a reasonable level of fitness, who would like to be a part of the experience and support to older people through our care homes, community clubs, wellbeing activities, community support services, and digital services.
