Care Show London 2026
One of the highlights of the care sector calendar is the Care Show London held at ExCel, and this year, Brendoncare was proud to be at the heart of the conversation.
Brendoncare’s Chief Executive, Michael Crutchley, was invited to take a leading role as part of the ViClarity Europe panel, joining sector peers to explore the growing importance of technology and good governance in care.
The session attracted a highly engaged audience, reflecting the sector’s interest in how digital solutions can support better care outcomes.
The panel focused on practical, experience‑led insights into how technology can genuinely add value in care settings.
“It was a fantastic session at the Care Show with a full and engaged audience. We focused on the importance of having a clear plan for technology, avoiding too much change at once, involving frontline teams early, and using data to identify risks ahead of time. With the CQC’s growing focus on observing care, the key question is whether technology is truly freeing up staff to spend more time on direct care. Ultimately, good‑quality technology, implemented well, should increase productivity and improve the quality of care.”

While Michael was leading the conversation at the Care Show, members of Brendoncare’s People team were visiting the HR Tech Conference also taking place at ExCel.
Their visit was to explore the latest HR solutions to help Brendoncare stay ahead of the curve in giving the best possible support to our teams.
